Our Real Estate Group has substantial experience and expertise in representing institutional and private clients in sophisticated real estate transactions. Our real estate practice covers commercial, retail, industrial and residential development.
Our attorneys are involved in the development of real estate from raw land through permitting, construction, leasing, financing, syndication, title, operation and management, and sale. We are experienced in the permitting process, including subdivision, zoning and environmental, and conservation-related compliance. Additionally, we have an extensive practice identifying and solving complex title issues and arranging for title insurance coverage. Our attorneys are also involved in the placement, evaluation and closing of real estate and asset-based financing, including the purchase of loan portfolios and in loan restructuring. We have represented local, regional and national clients in both large and small-scale residential and commercial condominium development and conversion projects, including age-restricted and affordable housing projects, and have assisted clients in retail shopping mall and strip center developments and retail and office leasing. Our attorneys are also regularly involved in the representation of clients in connection with construction of retail, office and multi and single-family residential development projects.
